• Designing and leading hands-on cooking classes
• Managing daily operations of the cooking school, including inventory and prep
• Training and supervising classroom assistants and guest instructors
• Developing new class concepts and building partnerships with local producers
• Representing the brand through public speaking and customer engagement

• Running a commercial kitchen for high-volume food service
• Working overnight shifts or managing unrelated departments

• 3–7 years of culinary and teaching experience
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Ability to manage staff and class operations smoothly
• Must be at least 21 years old and certified to handle/serve alcohol
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Health insurance
