Job Description
Community Lab School is a small, nationally recognized 6‑12 school whose instructional model integrates interdisciplinary project‑based learning, multi‑age classrooms, and mastery grading and reporting. As a laboratory for educational innovation, we design and pilot nontraditional teaching strategies that advance the goals of ACPS and shape educational practice more broadly, often in collaboration with university research partners. We are an IB World School offering the Diploma Programme in grades 11‑12 and a member of the Mastery Transcript Consortium, piloting the Mastery Learning Record in grades 6‑8 in SY 2025‑26.

QualificationsCandidates must hold or be eligible for a Virginia teaching certificate with endorsement as a Library Media Specialist.
