Job DescriptionTeach, lead, and inspire students in the Special Education Generalist role at Mountain View Upper Elementary School.
We are looking for educators who are innovative, self‑reflective, collaborative, knowledgeable in their content area, passionate about closing equity and achievement gaps, and prepared to engage with our Culturally Responsive Teaching model in support of our Equity Mission Statement.
Qualifications- Virginia teaching certificate with endorsement in Special Education (eligible for approval).
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
- Experience teaching or supporting students with severe/profound disabilities (preferred).
- Commitment to equity and a diverse learner population.
