The University of Virginia Recreation Department seeks qualified Program Instructors to lead progression-based instructional program classes for the university community. These part-time wage positions involve teaching classes such as Couch to 5K, Self-Defense Conditioning, Beginner Weight Training, TRX, Boxing, and others to 5–15 participants.
Lead 1–2 class sessions per week over a 6–8 week semester, developing lesson plans and teaching progressions.
