** Federal Work-Study (FWS) Internship Program:
** UVAAthletics Student Success Intern

This internship offers hands-on experience in student-athlete development across key areas in marketing and media. Interns will have the opportunity to tailor their experience based on interests and availability.

• Creategraphicsfor the Student Success and affinity groups,followingUVA Athleticsbrandingguidelinesforexternaland internal communications
• Utilize photo editing and graphic design software to provide a consistent style of digital advertising
• Assistwithtechnical and administrative support outreach for academic,leadership,communityandcareerdevelopmentinitiatives

• Assistwithcreativeprocess to advertiseupcomingevents, including signature initiatives such asaffinitygroupsevents,career initiatives,Hoos Choice Awards, and learning academies
• Work collaboratively withathleticsstaff to support student success workflow
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, ACC, and UVA Honor Code regulations
• Maintain detailed records on student-athlete interests progress
• Other duties as assigned

Scheduling : 10-20 hours per week.

Compensation : $15/hr.

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
