** Federal Work-Study (FWS) Internship Program:
** UVAAthletics Student Success Intern
This internship offers hands-on experience in student-athlete development across key areas in marketing and media. Interns will have the opportunity to tailor their experience based on interests and availability.
MEDIA AND MARKETING SKILLS- Creategraphicsfor the Student Success and affinity groups,followingUVA Athleticsbrandingguidelinesforexternaland internal communications
- Utilize photo editing and graphic design software to provide a consistent style of digital advertising
- Assistwithtechnical and administrative support outreach for academic,leadership,communityandcareerdevelopmentinitiatives
- Assistwithcreativeprocess to advertiseupcomingevents, including signature initiatives such asaffinitygroupsevents,career initiatives,Hoos Choice Awards, and learning academies
- Work collaboratively withathleticsstaff to support student success workflow
- Ensure compliance with NCAA, ACC, and UVA Honor Code regulations
- Maintain detailed records on student-athlete interests progress
- Other duties as assigned
Scheduling : 10-20 hours per week.
Compensation : $15/hr.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Resume required.

Current undergrad UVA student. Federal Work-Study eligible.

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
