TS​/SCI Modeling and Simulation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Modeling and Simulation Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing asset/entity models using simulation programs such as ODESSA, AFSIM, ITASE, NGTS, OneSAF, or other DoD/IC simulation tools. This role involves collaborating directly with our customers to design, develop, and validate simulation models to support a variety of defense and intelligence operations.

• Serve as onsite technical customer liaison, coordinating efforts across the govt and partner teams
• Provide daily modeling and simulation, and RF expertise to our customer teams
• Develop and implement asset/entity models using ODESSA, AFSIM, ITASE, NGTS, OneSAF, or other DoD/IC simulation programs.
• Digital signal processing, dynamic filtering, and cognitive spectral sensing
• RF front end analysis and developing internal receiver architectures
• Modeling and simulating antennas to ensure optimal design/performance.
• Analyzing link equations to evaluate/enhance RF system performance.
• Developing and testing RF circuits and components, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Conduct gain/loss analysis for RF systems and components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define simulation requirements and objectives.
• Perform validation and verification of simulation models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze simulation results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Support the integration of simulation models into larger system architectures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to simulation models and software.
• Help our customers stay current with the latest advancements in modeling and simulation technologies and methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in modeling and simulation engineering.
• 3+ years of experience using AFSIM
• Proven experience with one or more DoD/IC simulation programs: ODESSA, AFSIM, ITASE, NGTS, OneSAF, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of modeling and simulation principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with additional simulation tools and software.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB.
• Experience with software development and system integration.
• Knowledge of DoD/IC operational concepts and requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

$60/hr to $100/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
