Senior Engineering Manager

TRG Manufacturing Search Division is partnering with an established OEM equipment manufacturer to hire a Senior Engineering Manager – Machine Development
. The company designs advanced machinery and automation solutions and is experiencing significant growth while making major investments in robotics, automation, and next-generation equipment.

This role is ideal for a technical leader who enjoys driving innovation, building high-performing teams, and solving complex automation challenges. The company is focused on developing simpler, robotics-driven equipment that helps customers improve efficiency, reduce labor dependency, and simplify operation and maintenance.

In this position, you'll lead the innovation engineering group and drive the transition from traditional mechanical equipment to robotics-enabled systems. You'll manage the innovation pipeline, transform customer-driven ideas into commercial products, evaluate emerging technologies, and collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and executive leadership to bring new equipment concepts from idea to market.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of engineering experience with robotics, automation, advanced machinery, or automated equipment.
• Experience leading technical teams or cross-functional engineering projects.
• Strong working knowledge of robotics, motion systems, sensors, controls, and system integration.
• Hands‑on problem solver who can take ideas from concept through testing, customer feedback, and product launch.
