Insight Global is seeking an experienced civil/site development engineer to review development plans, permits, and construction projects for compliance with zoning and city regulations. You will help manage rights of way and drainage programs, including permitting, project reviews, and oversight.
The role requires 5–10 years in engineering/construction or 3+ years with a bachelor’s degree, plus 3–10 years in land development. A VA driver’s license is required; EIT/PE credentials are a plus.
