Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Patent Agent or Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution and Litigation Practice Group on the Software and Electrical Engineering Team in Charlottesville, VA.
Duties- Prepare and prosecute patent applications in the areas of 5G, 6G, and 3
GPP standards. - Work on patent applications related to memory devices and semiconductor devices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patent prosecution.
- 4+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
CertificationsTechnical training or experience in relevant areas preferred.
Skills- Experience with 5G, 6G, and 3
GPP standards. - Knowledge of memory and semiconductor devices.
