Automotive Receptionist​/Service Assistant - Flow Kia of Charlottesville

Flow Kia of Charlottesville is seeking a full time, in office, receptionist/service assistant. Saturdays and evenings may be involved. Proficient computer and customer service skills are required. Automotive/dealership experience preferred, but not required. Compensation will be commensurate with experience/qualifications. Interested candidates are asked to apply to this listing.

The receptionist/service assistant responsibilities are, but not limited to:

Greet customers in person and over the phone with a professional, positive attitude

Direct calls and assist customers with basic service inquiries

Support service advisors with administrative tasks as needed

Handle data entry, filing, scanning in repair orders, and light clerical duties

Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and customer lounge area Requirements:

Strong computer skills (experience with dealership systems is a plus)
Evening and Saturday shifts

Top notch customer service skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Dependable and punctual

Reliable transportation

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
