We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Contract Event Helper to assist with the execution of events at our venue. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
• Provide support during events, including greeting guests, managing registration, and addressing any issues that arise.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery and setup of event supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the event space.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
