Position:
Contract Event Helper

Responsibilities:

• Assist in event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations.
• Support event coordinators with logistics and on-site event management.
• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and address any inquiries or issues.
• Help with the coordination of event activities and schedules.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of event spaces before, during, and after events.
• Assist with registration, ticketing, and crowd control as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the successful execution of events.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to and from event locations in Charlottesville, VA 22901.
