The firm serves as the outsourced investment office (OCIO) to a select number of non-profit endowments and private foundations, managing approximately $19 billion in assets as of June 2025.
Investure is responsible for portfolio management, asset allocation, and manager selection across multiple asset classes including fixed income and credit, global public equities, and alternative investments.
The Reporting & Analytics Associate will be a core member of Investure's Reporting & Analytics Team, reporting to the Chief Data Officer or other senior team member. This role is primarily responsible for supporting a diverse set of performance analytics and reporting tasks critical for both Investure's clients and the Investment Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation and review of performance analytics in a variety of reports delivered to clients on a regular basis
- Support ongoing work on portfolio analytics for internal use and client reporting
- Work with various datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability of analysis prepared by the team
- Collaborate with internal teams on new analytics initiatives
- Continuously develop analytical skills to support the team's mission of data accuracy and best-in-class portfolio analytics
The ideal candidate possesses a natural curiosity, affinity for quantitative work, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and an interest in financial markets. The position is primarily in-office in Charlottesville, VA with a remote option on Fridays. Investure does not sponsor H-1B visas for this position.
