This position focuses on delivering an industry‑leading client service experience in person and over the phone, developing new client relationships and expanding existing ones while cross‑training for teller duties as needed.

Responsibilities- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of client sales and service experience.
- Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
- Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
- Ability to multi‑task under time constraints.
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours; occasional travel and overnights may be required.
- Associate’s degree or higher.
- Experience in handling multiple priorities under time constraints.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Professional service quality in responding to clients.
- Experience selling deposit, credit and retirement products to consumers and small businesses.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures.
Annual base salary: $45,760 – $54,250 for a Regular Relationship Banker, $45,760 – $62,000 for a Senior Relationship Banker. Additional incentive pay is available.

All regular teammates working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits. Benefits also include paid vacation, sick days and holidays. Eligible positions may have access to a defined benefit pension plan, restricted stock units or deferred compensation.
