Investment Team, Portfolio Management Senior Analyst

Role Overview

Investure, LLC, an outsourced investment office (OCIO) managing ~$22 billion for non-profit endowments and private foundations, is hiring a Senior Analyst for its Investment Team (Portfolio Management). Investure allocates capital across fixed income and credit, global public equities, alternative investments (hedge funds, private equity, venture capital) and real assets on behalf of its institutional clients.

• Support portfolio oversight, risk/return analysis, quantitative modeling, and investment research
• Own recurring workflows including exposure and liquidity analysis, private investment budgeting, and financial market monitoring
• Monitor and communicate portfolio risk measures: factor and currency exposures, illiquidity budgeting, concentration
• Support market and asset-allocation research, connecting manager-level decisions to portfolio-level implications
• Assist with performance attribution and return decomposition
• Support client requests, allocation and sizing decisions, and liquidity planning

• 2-4 years of investment or adjacent experience (institutional investing, OCIO, endowment/foundation, investment consulting, capital markets, investment banking, or equity/macro/risk research)
• Bachelors degree required; finance, math, or quantitative field preferred; CFA progress a plus
• Strong Excel modeling skills;
  Python/SQL familiarity a plus

Annual base salary range: $95,000 - $105,000, plus merit and portfolio-based bonuses and 401k. Based in Charlottesville, Virginia. No H-1B sponsorship available.
