As an outpatient clinician within our Applied Behavioral Analysis program (ABA), you will help children and their families learn new skills and techniques using the most effective therapy for autism. Your goal will be to work on what matters most to the child and their support system by creating an individualized pediatric treatment program tailored to their needs. Whether it’s communication, social skills, aggression, non‑compliance, self‑help, play, academics, or fine and gross motor development, you will address the specific concerns of each patient.
Parents and caregivers will be encouraged to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into daily life. Ivy’s work environment fosters multidisciplinary collaboration and mentorship while maintaining autonomy and growth specific to each clinician’s passions and expertise.
