The Audiologist will primarily work with adult patients, conducting hearing evaluations, diagnostics, and hearing aid services, including fittings and adjustments, in a no-pressure environment.

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests for adult patients.
• Provide hearing aid services, including consultations, fittings, programming, and adjustments.
• Educate patients on hearing health, hearing aids, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with the team to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in patient records.
• Contribute ideas and insights to enhance practice operations and patient outcomes.

• Master s or Doctorate degree in Audiology.
• Licensed or eligible for Audiology and Hearing Instrument Specialist licensure in Virginia.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Salary Plus Bonus Potential $90,000–$100,000
