In this essential role, you'll coordinate safe, timely transportation using ambulances, vans, taxis, and more-ensuring every patient journey supports quality care.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate Transport: Manage logistics across multiple transport modes.
- Communicate Clearly: Interface with internal teams, external agencies, and families.
- Solve & Support: Investigate complaints, process invoices, and assist with policy improvements.
- Train & Track: Mentor peers and monitor transport volumes to improve operations.

High School Graduate or Equivalent - Experience:
2 years of relevant experience - Licensure/
Certifications:
None
Attention to detail and ability to write legibly;
Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs.
Onboarding Requirements
Background checks and pre-employment health screenings will be conducted on all new hires prior to employment. All safety-sensitive positions with direct patient interaction also require a drug screen.
The starting base rate for this role is $20.00 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
