Your Role in Our Mission
As the Licensed / License-Eligible
REACH Mobile Crisis Team Lead
, you will provide clinical oversight and coordination services for the REACH Mobile Crisis Team. The Mobile Crisis Coordinators that you will lead, provide rapid response to individuals with I/DD experiencing a behavioral health crisis, which can occur in their homes or community settings. Primary duties include administrative and clinical supervision of REACH Mobile Crisis Team, coordination of admissions/discharges, dispatching staff, and reviewing staff service documentation.
This role is responsible for shared supervisor rotation of a 24/7/365 crisis line which includes providing guidance and support to the team while they are on call.

Schedule Options:
(3) 12 hour shifts and (1) 4 hour shift:
Sunday-Wednesday & supervisor on-call rotation
(3) 12 hour shifts and (1) 4 hour shift:
Wednesday-Saturday & supervisor on-call rotation

- Competitive salary: $60,000 to $65,000 annually

What We’re Looking For
- Education: Master’s in health, psychology or social work
- Licensed or Licensed-Eligible as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Skills: Leadership, crisis intervention, adaptability, problem-solving and decision making.
- 3 years of experience with mental health populations and I/DD preferred
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a mental health/developmental disabilities setting
- Maintain a valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
- Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Suite, and technically savvy.
