- Engage in self‑motivated learning, process improvement, and quality improvement initiatives
- 2+ years as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA); new graduates welcome to apply

- Demonstrated high level of clinical autonomy, excellent critical thinking, and ability to practice independently in a fast‑paced environment
- ACLS certification required (may be obtained upon hire)
- Collaborative, adaptable, and skilled in communicating within a multidisciplinary team setting
- Maintain required licensure and certifications, including ACLS and Cardiac Surgery Unit Advanced Life Support (CSU ALS) (CSU ALS obtained upon hire if not already certified)
- Evaluate individual clinical practice and role performance in alignment with regulatory, state, and institutional guidelines
- Participate within organizational systems at the service, unit, and institutional level
- Engage in discharge planning and care transitions in collaboration with case management and outpatient teams
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation of clinical care, assessments, and decision‑making

- Demonstrate a high level of clinical autonomy, critical thinking, and independent practice capability
- Provide advanced inpatient critical care management to specialty populations
- Perform emergency department consultations to determine admission needs
- Conduct and document comprehensive history and physical examinations
