We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated part-time Office Manager to join our VA REACH team in Charlottesville, VA
.
Your Role in Our Mission:
As the Office Manager
, you play a vital role in supporting the success of our crisis services. You are responsible for clerical and records management duties for the VA REACH program, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Key responsibilities include maintaining client records, coordinating administrative tasks, tracking employee training compliance, and supporting VA REACH leadership. This role also involves scheduling maintenance, managing office supplies, and accurately documenting meetings and service data.

We also require the following:
- Education:
Associate’s degree and five years’ related experience OR Bachelor’s degree and two years’ related experience required. - Skills:
highly organized, compassionate, adept at multitasking, and an effective communicator - Proficiency in utilizing data management programs especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and current auto insurance.
