As part of the Division of Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine, our MICU team operates at the intersection of clinical excellence, teaching, and innovation‑making it an ideal setting for advanced practice providers seeking both autonomy and robust interdisciplinary collaboration.

Our APPs are integral members of a cohesive team that includes PCCM faculty, fellows, residents, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, and nurses. The MICU culture prioritizes open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making, allowing APPs to practice at the top of their licensure while still benefiting from the mentorship and support of expert faculty and seasoned colleagues.
