We hire companion caregivers, personal care aides (PCA), home health aides (HHA), nursing assistants (NA), and CNAs for part-time, full-time, and PRN positions. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a supportive team culture focused on your success.
You will care for one client at a time — allowing you to build real relationships and make a meaningful difference every shift.
ResponsibilitiesCaregivers assist clients with daily activities that help them stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home, including:
- Personal care support
- Bathing, showering, grooming, and dressing
- Medication reminders
- Joyful companionship and meaningful engagement
- Mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation
- Meal planning and preparation
- Responding quickly and responsibly in emergencies
- Daily living activities tailored to each client's needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- PCA Certificate, NA Course Completion, or CNA license
- At least one year of experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to work a variety of shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Compassionate, dependable, and supportive personality
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
- Enjoys one-on-one caregiving and building strong client relationships
- Willingness to learn, grow, and enhance caregiving skills
