Epic Inpatient Orders Analyst, Senior

Responsibilities

• Utilizes a combination of programming and analytical skills to formulate/define system scope and objectives for the Electronic Medical Record System, including testing, validating, and implementing EMR screens used by clinicians performing and documenting patient care activities.
• Lead smaller internal projects; manage team assignments and clinic workflow.
• Coordinate and perform analysis, design, development, testing, validation, and implementation of EMR screens to support clinical processes and organizational goals.
• Understand and apply clinical computer applications to assist in management and processing of clinical information and delivery of health care services.
• Provide ongoing support of the EMR system and end-users.
• Under general supervision, formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor s Degree
• Experience:
  
  5 years relevant experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Licensure:
  None required

Job requires sitting for prolonged periods. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; attention to detail and ability to write legibly.

The pay range for this role is $37.48 - $74.95 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate s qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
