Entry-Level In-Home Caregiver

For candidates who are not already certified, we offer the opportunity to complete a 40‑hour virtual Personal Care Aide (PCA) training program and build a rewarding career in home care.

• $18–$21/hour depending on experience and interview

• Driving clients to appointments or errands
• Providing medication reminders
• Preparing meals and assisting with cooking
• Performing light housekeeping tasks
• Assistance with dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Help with feeding
• Mobility and ambulation support
• Bathing assistance
• Toileting and incontinence care

• Compassionate and dependable individuals
• Strong communicators who enjoy helping others
• Applicants interested in starting or growing a career in caregiving
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required

• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance required
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
• All offers are contingent on completion of a background check and MVR screening.

The pay range for this role is:
