As a Caregiver / Resident Assistant
, you'll help our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported while encouraging them to maintain as much independence as possible.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility
- Provide medication reminders as permitted
- Assist with meals, hydration and daily routines
- Respond to resident needs and call systems
- Document the care and services you provide
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Work alongside our resident care team to provide consistent, compassionate care
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No CNA certification required
- Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Care, PCA or CNA experience is a plu
- Compassionate, dependable and team-focused
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening and training
