Rose Wood Village Hollymead is hiring Caregivers / Resident Assistants to join our senior living team in Charlottesville!

As a Caregiver / Resident Assistant
, you'll help our residents with their daily routines while providing compassionate, dependable care.

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Help with mobility and daily activities
• Assist with meals and hydration
• Respond to resident needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Document care provided
• Help create a safe and welcoming environment

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• No CNA certification required
• Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
• Compassionate, dependable and team-focused
• Ability to complete required background screening and training

You don't need years of experience or a CNA certification to start a career in senior living.
