* In this dynamic Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Clinic, you will be an essential member of a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered behavioral health care. Your work will combine clinical autonomy with close collaboration, allowing you to practice at the top of your license while contributing to a cohesive care model.

On a typical day, you will:

+ Provide  
** individual and family psychotherapy
** to children and adolescents with a wide range of behavioral health conditions

+ Conduct  
** comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans*
* + Partner with  
** psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, nurses, and allied health professionals
** to coordinate care and optimize outcomes

+ Participate in  
** integrated care delivery** , ensuring behavioral health is aligned with the broader clinical picture

+ Engage and support families through  
** education, counseling, and resource navigation** , recognizing their critical role in care continuity

+ Maintain thorough and timely documentation within a structured clinical environment
