At Trove Home Care, we are actively building a reliable Weekend Care Team! We are seeking caregivers who want consistent hours, meaningful work, and a supportive environment. PLUS we are now offering a Weekend Bonus Incentive for caregivers who demonstrate consistency and commitment.
- $18–$25/hr based on experience
- $100 weekend bonus when you complete 50 weekend hours
- 24/7 supportive care team available
- Local cases in Charlottesville, VA and surrounding areas
- Ideal for caregivers with weekday commitments or seeking supplemental income
- Consistent weekend opportunities available
Caregivers assist with a variety of daily living activities, such as:
- Driving clients to appointments or errands
- Providing medication reminders
- Preparing meals and assisting with cooking
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
Caregivers with appropriate certifications (CNA, PCA, HHA) may also provide hands‑on personal care, including:
- Assistance with dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Help with feeding
- Mobility and ambulation support
- Bathing assistance
- Toileting and incontinence care
- CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
- Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance required
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
* All offers are contingent on completion of a background check and MVR screening.
We are prioritizing caregivers who want steady weekend work and reliable income.
The pay range for this role is:
18 - 25 USD per hour (Trove - Charlottesville)
