Compass is looking for professionals pursuing Virginia State Licensure as an LCSW or an LPC. Ideal candidates have an interest in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental challenges and have a desire to empower them and their families. Asa Resident in Social Work or Counseling in our program, you will have the opportunity to:
- Participate in trainings and clinical supervision that focus on a holistic approach integrating behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, and other psychotherapeutic strategies.
- Utilize videotaping as a way to provide in-depth supervision and training that fosters continued growth.
- Collaborate with a variety of licensed professionals and work on a multidisciplinary team.
- Education:
Must have a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling, working towards licensure. - Driver's License:
Active driver’s license and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience
