UVA Imaging is seeking a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Patient Coordinator I to join our outpatient imaging team in Charlottesville, VA
.

Position Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Day Shift
Location: 315 Old Ivy Way, Suite 103, Charlottesville, VA 22903

As a Patient Coordinator I, you will play an important role in supporting patients and the daily operations of our imaging center.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and registering patients
• Scheduling appointments and assisting with patient coordination
• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
• Managing patient records and documentation
• Supporting inventory and general business office functions
• Collaborating with the imaging center team to ensure an efficient, patient-friendly experience

Requirements

EDUCATION:

• To be competitive, must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED)

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office
