Position Summary

Our Room Attendants are dedicated to ensuring the comprehensive cleanliness and meticulous preparation of guest rooms and suites. They consistently uphold the highest standards of quality and uniformity, significantly enhancing the overall guest experience and satisfaction. Their keen attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence play a crucial role in maintaining the impeccable reputation of our hotel. By meticulously attending to every aspect of room preparation, from the arrangement of amenities to the cleanliness of every corner, they ensure that each guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Their efforts not only contribute to the physical cleanliness of the rooms but also to the overall ambiance and guest experience of the hotel. This dedication to maintaining an immaculate environment is essential in fostering a positive and memorable stay for all our guests, reinforcing the hotel's commitment to providing exceptional service and hospitality.

Essential Functions
  • Clean assigned rooms/suites according to standards. This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
  • Replenish room amenities such as toiletries, paper products, and towels.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of exterior entryways and hallways.
  • Stock and organize the housekeeping cart daily to ensure readiness.
  • Manage issued room keys responsibly and follow proper key control procedures, including handling keys left by guests.
  • Deliver lost and found items promptly to the Executive Housekeeper’s office for documentation and safekeeping.
  • Immediately report any unusual conditions or concerns in guest rooms to the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Respond to and fulfill special guest requests courteously and efficiently.
  • Ensure the privacy, confidentiality, and security of all guest rooms and suites.
  • Keep linen closets and supply areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Report maintenance issues and assist in resolving guest complaints or concerns.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the hotel, including, but not limited to, those contained in the employee handbook.
  • The hotel operates 7 days a week. 24 hours a day. Department schedules must accommodate fluctuating business demands, and employees may be asked to work shifts other than those they prefer or normally work.

  • Ability to lift, carry, and bend during the majority of the shift
  • Ability to work independently
