This is the setting for Keswick Hall, an impressive 80-room luxury boutique hotel nestled on 600 acres which recently re-opened in 2021 after renovations. Home to the prestigious Keswick Golf Club, Marigold Restaurant, by Jean-Georges, a new luxury spa and sports and aquatics center.
Keswick Hall is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for multiple outlets and shifts.
POSITION PURPOSEThe Spa Attendant will clean and maintain the public areas of the spa while supporting the glow of guests in and out of the locker rooms, reception/retail area, and guest waiting areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- 1. Follow opening procedures to ensure that all robes, towels, beverage and amenities are ready and stocked in all public areas for our guests arrival.
- 2. Organize spa linens throughout the day
- 3. Keep all lockers stocked
- 4. Maintain cleanliness and efficiency of prep room(s) throughout the day. Complete cleaning and organizing projects in the prep room(s) as directed by the Assistant Spa Manager or Spa Director
- 5. Fold linens and put away in linen storage room. Ensure that storage room is well organized and clean.
- 6. Sterilize all sandals, brushes, and combs in accordance with sterilization procedures.
- 7. Stock beverage stations continuously throughout the day and ensure the locker rooms and relaxation area are clean and organized.
- 8. Follow all food handling and preparation procedures as documented by food handling training.
- 9. Follow closing procedures to ensure that all lockers are stocked for the next day and equipment is turned off.
- 10. Assist providers with changing of treatment rooms for the next guest.
- 11. Monitor inventory supplies throughout the month and report any items that are running low to the Assistant Spa Manager or Spa Director.
- 12. Assist with the training of new Spa Attendants as directed.
- 13. Report to work in an appropriate uniform, on time, and well groomed according to guidelines.
- 14. Attend team member meetings and training sessions.
- 15. Other duties as assigned.
Required:
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English, both orally and in writings, using correct spelling and grammar, with guests, team members, and management.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of all guests and resort information.
- Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration, think clearly, and follow up.
- Ability to focus attention to details.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be able to work in an environment infused with a variety of scents, such as aromatherapy
- Comfortable working in the men’s locker room
- Available to work holidays, weekends and evenings as needed.
- Frequent or occasional need to perform the following physical activities: reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting, and climbing.
- Constant need to stand for long periods of time.
- Constant need to perform the following physical activities: grasping, turning, finger dexterity.
- Lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs. frequently and 25 lbs. occasionally.
- Vision requirements: constant need to view small print. Frequent need to see small details and things clearly beyond arm’s reach.
- Hearing requirements: constant need to speak on telephone and/or two-way radio, respond to general public and converse with staff. Ability to hear fire alarms and emergency equipment.
