We are seeking a highly engaging, detail-driven, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator. This role is essential to the success of our Sales & Marketing department and has evolved far beyond traditional administrative tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates impeccable organization and communication skills, and brings energy, curiosity, and a passion for supporting both internal teams and our guests.

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that sales operations run smoothly—from managing inquiries and supporting marketing initiatives to coordinating group reservations and maintaining accurate data across systems. Essential Functions Serve as a welcoming, first point of contact by answering incoming calls, qualifying group and event inquiries, and assisting to schedule appointments or sales calls.

Support the Sales Team by preparing contracts, proposals and cost estimates.

Assist with the preparation of sales kits, collateral, and curated presentations that reflect our brand standards and storytelling.

Manage thank-you communications and follow-up touches to help nurture client relationships and build long-term loyalty.
