Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall readiness of public areas, event spaces, and guest corridors. Supports Room Attendants and the housekeeping team by executing a wide range of cleaning, staging, and housekeeping support duties to ensure an exceptional guest experience and uphold brand standards.
Remove used linens and waste from room attendant carts to maintain workflow efficiency.
Transport soiled linens to the laundry department and dispose of trash in designated collection areas.
Deliver guest-requested items—such as cribs, rollaway beds, and amenities—to guestrooms and retrieve them for proper storage after use.
Assist with furniture movement, including setting up and breaking down meeting room layouts for events and functions.
Relocate delivered inventory and supplies to appropriate storage areas, closets, and guest floors.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public spaces by removing debris, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, and addressing spot-cleaning needs.
Clean and detail light fixtures, ceiling fans, windows, and glass doors as assigned.
Rotate and flip mattresses in accordance with property standards.
Install or adjust curtains, drapes, and related window treatments.
Support housekeeping operations by removing bedspreads, blankets, and drapery as directed.
Additional ResponsibilitiesFollow all hotel policies, procedures, and standards, including those outlined in the employee handbook.
Support a 24/7 operation by working a flexible schedule based on business needs, which may include shifts outside normal or preferred hours.
Skills and AbilitiesAbility to remain on your feet for extended periods while performing physical tasks
Ability to safely push, pull, lift, and maneuver items weighing more than 25 pounds
