The Caton Companies is seeking an Intern - Human Resources (HR) for Summer 2027 in Charlottesville, VA. The 10-12 week internship starts late May or early June; candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s in HR or a related field, with sophomore level or higher coursework completed.
The HR Intern will support senior HR staff, assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, HRIS data entry, background checks, benefits, policies, and employee engagement activities.
