All Source Analyst - Mid
This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph to be considered.
Cherokee Analytics is seeking exceptionally qualified candidates to serve as an All Source Analyst at the Mid-Level to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Intelligence Mission Data Center (IMDC). The IMDC supports the intelligence community to meet the increasing demand of threat and target data, and supports the military services in development, testing, operations, and sustainment of weapon systems increasingly dependent on that very threat and target data.

All Source Analyst - Mid Responsibilities Include- Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
- Assesses intelligence mission data used for programming platform mission systems in development, testing, operations, and sustainment, and includes Signatures, Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming (EWIR), Order of Battle (OB), Characteristics and Performance (C&P) and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) technical data
- Drafts, submits and processes Life-Cycle Mission Data Plans (LMDPs) to inform service intelligence production center production priorities and risk to acquisition programs.
- Conducts reviews of Joint Capability Integration Development Systems (JCIDS) and other acquisition documents to help identify IMD-dependent acquisition programs and assist acquisition programs in identifying specific IMD dependencies, identify threat-sensitive requirements that necessitate Critical Intelligence Parameters (CIPs), and review threat summaries for relevance and completeness.
- Works and coordinates with the intelligence production centers to determine whether the IMD requirement can be met within the baseline IMD production capacity of the producer, whether it exceeds the capacity, and what resources would be required to meet the gap between the IMD requirement and the production capacity
- Some occasional travel (less than 10%) may be required.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Active TS/SCI - must be willing and able to obtain CI Polygraph
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience, skills, or qualifications in one or more of these IMD functional areas:
Characteristics and Performance, Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming, IMD Signatures. - Familiar with foreign military systems and associated equipment (i.e. armor, ground vehicles, anti-aircraft weapons, ground support aviation, fixed wing aircraft, C4I systems, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Possess knowledge and ability to apply Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to interpret analysis to include, but not limited to, its meaning, importance, and implications.
- Experience defending analytic judgements with sound, logical conclusions and adapt analytic judgments when presented with new information, evolving conditions, or unexpected developments.
- Experience in producing timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), electronic/ soft copy matrices and/ or web-enabled formats.
- Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
- Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
- Familiar with IMD holdings including EWIRDB, MEPED, or MIDB.
- Familiar with DIA's Community On-Line Intelligence System for End-Users and Managers (COLISEUM) or other requirements management systems.
- Experience researching and analyzing foreign equipment.
- Experience with requirements management or RFI tracking.
- Familiar with military operations or military weapon systems acquisition.
- Experience and knowledge of intelligence production processes including scientific and technical intelligence mission areas.
- 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the responsibilities and requirements of the All Source Analyst position with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
