• Manage day‑to‑day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, permissions, and workflows
• Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third‑party integrations
• Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end‑users
• Perform regular data audits and cleanup activities to ensure database health
• Establish and maintain data entry standards and deduplication processes

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 5‑7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid‑to‑large organization
• Salesforce Certified with a thorough knowledge of the Salesforce platform
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy, data models, and revenue processes
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to engage with users at all levels

• Experience supporting multiple clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Development concepts, including Apex
• Familiarity with the Quote‑to‑Cash process within a sales organization using Salesforce’s CPQ solution
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Proactive problem‑solving approach in an agile environment
