As Director, Technology Strategy & Process Engineering, you will lead a consulting‑led transformation capability within Enterprise Technology. This role owns the front‑end strategy, process engineering, and execution of large‑scale operational and technology transformation programs, helping clients modernize operating models, redesign end‑to‑end processes, and enable transformation through digital platforms, automation, and data.
This is a senior leadership role with accountability across technology strategy definition, solution & process design, delivery excellence, and growth. You will shape the Technology Strategy and Process Engineering playbook, build scalable delivery models, and act as an executive sponsor for complex, multi‑year engagements.
Responsibilities Lead Client Impact- Serve as the executive sponsor on complex transformation (technology & process) engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, financial discipline, and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with the client’s senior executives to define technology, process, and operating model strategy aligned to business priorities.
- Lead end‑to‑end process engineering initiatives, including current‑state assessment, future‑state design, and value realization.
- Translate strategy into execution using lean process design, service blueprinting, journey mapping, and digital enablement.
- Drive adoption of automation, workflow platforms, analytics, and AI to reduce cost, improve experience, and increase operational efficiency.
- Own the Technology Strategy & Process Engineering offering, including IP, frameworks, accelerators, and standardized methodologies.
- Define scalable global delivery models leveraging onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
- Establish governance, KPIs, and value‑tracking mechanisms across transformation programs.
- Partner with Sales, Alliances, and Account leaders to shape pursuit strategy, craft proposals, and close new logos and expansion deals.
- Mentor and develop a high‑performing team of transformation practitioners, analysts, and process designers.
- Support pipeline growth through deal shaping, executive workshops, and expansion strategies.
- Define and track KPIs to measure program impact, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a thought leader — representing TELUS Digital at industry forums, partner events, and client advisory boards.
- 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, operational transformation, or process engineering roles.
- Proven track record leading large‑scale, multi‑workstream transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in operating model design, process re‑engineering, automation, and change management.
- Experience working in consulting or advisory environments strongly preferred.
