Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a GRC Systems / Logic Gate Specialist for a leading global professional services and standards organization. This individual will serve as a specialist-level expert responsible for the strategic health and evolution of Governance, Risk, and Compliance business processes within a Corporate Advisory Services backoffice environment. The role partners closely with Legal, Compliance, Audit, Board Services, and Technology leadership to solve systemic challenges, design future-state GRC solutions, and deliver high-impact platform enhancements within Logic Gate.

The ideal candidate brings deep GRC platform expertise, strong process design capabilities, and the ability to operate autonomously while advising senior stakeholders across a complex enterprise ecosystem. Pay for this rate is between $47-$60 hourly.

• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Board Services, and Audit stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
• Document and maintain GRC-centric as-is and to-be processes
• Translate business needs into Logic Gate configurations and technical specifications
• Drive and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Logic Gate implementations
• Maintain system documentation, workflows, and change logs in Jira and Confluence
• Support the ongoing evolution and strategic health of CAS GRC platforms
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives improving efficiency, controls, and data integrity

• “Power User” level implementation and configuration experience with Logic Gate
• 5+ years of progressive experience in GRC platform implementation or administration roles
• Hands-on experience with core GRC functions:
  Risk Management, Regulatory & Controls Compliance, Policy Management, Entity Management, Internal Audit Management
• Strong ability to document as-is / to-be business processes
• Proven experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and configurations
• Experience advising stakeholders and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (workflow design, documentation governance)
• IT background with comfort supporting application configuration and underlying databases
• Strong analytical, data modeling, and process design skills
• Experience with other enterprise GRC platforms
• Working knowledge of Jira Projects, Jira Service Desk, Jira Insights, Confluence, , SharePoint, Microsoft 365
• Experience working with geo-distributed internal teams and external vendors
• Exposure to CAS, Legal, Compliance, Audit, or Board Services environments
