Endpoint Managment Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise endpoint management solutions across a diverse device environment. This role will focus on modern device management, security compliance, and automation using tools such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and Tanium.

Endpoint Management Engineer

• Design and manage endpoint lifecycle processes including provisioning, configuration, patching, and decommissioning
• Administer and optimize MDM/MAM solutions using Microsoft Intune
• Manage Apple device ecosystem (macOS, iOS) using JAMF
• Utilize Tanium for real‑time endpoint visibility, vulnerability management, and incident response
• Develop and enforce security policies, compliance baselines, and conditional access strategies
• Automate endpoint configuration and deployment using scripting tools (Power Shell, Bash, Python)
• Monitor endpoint health, performance, and compliance metrics
• Collaborate with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and respond to threats
• Manage OS and third‑party application patching across all endpoints
• Support zero‑touch deployment and identity‑driven device provisioning (e.g., Autopilot, Apple Business Manager)
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 3–7+ years of experience in endpoint management or systems engineering
• Hands‑on experience with:
• Microsoft Intune
• JAMF
• Tanium
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS administration
• Experience with Azure AD / Entra , Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Proficiency in scripting (Power Shell preferred)
• Understanding of endpoint security best practices and compliance frameworks

• Certifications such as:
• Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate
• JAMF Certified Associate/Admin
• Tanium Certified Operator (TCO)
• Experience with:
• Zero Trust architecture
• Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) tools
• Familiarity with virtualization (Azure Virtual Desktop)

• Endpoint security and compliance
• Automation and scripting
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Cross‑platform device management
• Communication and collaboration

• Hybrid or remote‑friendly depending on organization
• May require participation in on‑call rotation for incident response if hired as an FTE
