Essential Responsibilities
This position is responsible for developing target packages and conducting network analysis to identify targets and target systems for joint lethal and/or non‑lethal engagements. You will research and analyze information and exploit key data sources such as operational traffic and numerous intelligence databases to support target strategy development and provide joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements. You will apply your knowledge of the intelligence cycle, F3
EAD, and other analytical methodologies to support the research, discovery, and analysis of key individuals and networks, as well as an understanding of the targeting process, enterprise, and analytical tradecraft. Analytical products you produce will provide decision makers with the appropriate information for target prioritization to achieve their objectives for plans and operations.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)- Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
- Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organization, and intelligence disciplines.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
- Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems; provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies; uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
High School Education
Minimum Years of Experience10 years relevant experience, 6 years with a Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation DetailsBase salary: $85,000. The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is a good‑faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
