We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Business Development Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and solution design. If you have a knack for crafting compelling content, building winning proposals, and shaping strategic pursuits-especially in the realm of advanced software systems-this role is for you.

As a key member of our Business Development team, you'll help define and drive GA-Intelligence's growth strategy, identifying and capturing new business with key customers across the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), Foreign Governments, and Commercial sectors.

What you'll bring to the table:

* Stellar writing and communication skills that inform, persuade, and inspire.

* A strong ability to understand complex customer missions and translate them into opportunities that align with GA-Intelligence's strengths.

* Proven skill in developing compliant, compelling content that stands out in a competitive landscape.

* Hands-on experience responding to U.S. Government solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, BAAs, IDIQs, SBIRs, OTAs).

What sets you apart:

* A deep understanding of modern software architectures, data integration frameworks, and secure development practices-making you an even more powerful storyteller and strategist.

You'll work side by side with engineers, capture teams, and proposal managers to shape messaging that resonates across technical and non-technical audiences-bringing clarity to complexity and helping us win work that matters.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead and execute business development strategies from opportunity identification to capture, partnering with internal teams on win themes and client engagement.

* Develop tailored content including proposals, white papers, strategic plans, and executive-level briefings that align with client missions and organizational goals.

* Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational program design, execution, and reporting aligned to business capture efforts.

* Stakeholder Collaboration - Work with engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical solutions into mission-relevant, easy-to-understand narratives.

* Domain Expertise:
Develop domain expertise for our customers through internal discussions, reading of solicitations, and external research.

* Compliance & Proposal Structuring - Ensure all proposal content aligns with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR, DFARS) and follows Sections L & M of solicitations.

* Develop content that showcases GA-Intelligence's technical superiority, successful past performance, and mission impact.

* Proposal Process Support - Assist in proposal planning, schedules, color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold), compliance matrices, and final production.

* Continuous Improvement:
Provide recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business development processes, building out reusable content for future business development efforts, staying up to date with industry trends, best practices in technical writing and proposal management, and company technical goals/vision.

We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.
