Position: NOC Specialist with Security Clearance
Job #: 3028145 Apex Systems is currently hiring a NOC Specialist with a large Gov Con client. This role is in support of an IT Support Services program with Army INSCOM. Project Details / Mission Supported:
• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PC hardware, software, and peripherals.

• Performing network monitoring, operations, and routine maintenance.

• Supporting end users with hardware/software needs and training.

• Applying updates, patches, and preventative maintenance for systems.

• Diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues using automated tools.

• Assisting with minor system tasks and field service support. Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:

• Associate's Degree with 7+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience

• Security+ certification or any DoD IAT Level II and higher

• Perform STIGs & IAVA implementation for system devices, perform imaging of systems, CERP replacement, etc.

• Ability to interact with customers on a daily basis providing guidance and procedures concerning account requests, e-mail, home directories, file access/storage, local procedures, etc. as required to ensure mission success

• Perform Level I/II Active Directory functions such as unlocking accounts, creating, and issuing accounts, etc.

Location:

Charlottesville, VA.
Onsite expectation: 100% onsite – shifts are Monday – Friday, 3:45pm-12:15am or 12am-8am
Clearance Level: TS/SCI
Salary/Pay range: $34.56/hr + SCA fringe benefit $4.93/hr
