Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced low‑code / no‑code solution engineer to support the management of low‑code development platforms from vision to production‑ready, solving our clients’ most complex challenges.
Responsibilities- Develop low‑code platforms and create user‑friendly solutions.
- Manage low‑code development platforms from conception to production.
- Use little to no code to improve digital environment using programming languages and databases.
- Leverage latest cloud tools, automate and accelerate cloud modernization.
- Reduce system maintenance and development costs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating IT needs into plans and crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.
- 2+ years of experience developing with web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Service Now development: core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods.
- Experience with Service Now implementation and integration for ITSM and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government‑hosted Dev Sec Ops environment.
- Experience with API development, including REST architectures.
- Experience developing and executing extract, transform, load (ETL) processes to import data into Service Now.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- HS diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of start date.
- Experience with UI/UX design.
- Experience with Linux operating systems, Amazon Web Services, scripting languages including Bash, and managing code using repositories or processes such as Git Lab or Git Hub.
- Experience with front‑end frameworks.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and management.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Service Now Certified System Admin (CSA) Certification.

CompensationSalary range: $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). Compensation is determined by factors such as location, education, skills, and experience. Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible for benefit programs. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
