Position Overview
Per the requirements of the JCOFA II contract, we are requesting subcontractor support to fill a temporary Knowledge Manager billet. This role provides critical knowledge management, information governance, and content‑curation support to the program. The selected individual will work closely with government and contractor personnel to ensure effective knowledge sharing, process documentation, and digital content lifecycle management across the program’s operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, update, and manage program knowledge repositories, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and version control.
• Develop and implement knowledge management processes, workflows, and standards in alignment with contract requirements.
• Capture, organize, and disseminate program information, lessons learned, and operational documentation.
• Support collaboration platforms, content libraries, and shared work spaces used by program stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical, operational, and leadership teams to gather inputs and maintain authoritative program documentation.
• Assist in training and onboarding personnel on knowledge management tools and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with data‑handling, security, and governance requirements.
• Provide routine reporting on knowledge repository health, content updates, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications
• Experience supporting knowledge management functions within a government or defense‑related environment.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Confluence, or comparable knowledge management platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and process discipline.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Understanding of documentation standards, version control, and structured content management.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, data‑handling rules, and controlled information processes. Required Security Clearance
• The selected candidate must possess an active TS/SCI clearance to access the SCIF and support the JCOFA production team.
• Candidate must maintain clearance in good standing for the duration of the assignment.
• Subcontractor must verify clearance status and provide JPAS/DISS/Scattered Castles confirmation upon request.
