The fellow will translate stakeholder research into design requirements for a dashboard tool supporting radiologists in reviewing AI-generated medical imaging reports, build and refine the tool iteratively with clinical input, and conduct evaluation studies.

The role involves system development, user research, and academic publication in collaboration with UVA Health clinicians.### Key qualifications
* Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
* Experience translating research findings into design requirements
