Overview
Are you a data-driven problem solver who enjoys turning complex information into clear, actionable insights? As our Business Intelligence Engineer, you’ll play an important role in helping Care Hospice use data to make smarter clinical, operational, financial, and strategic decisions.
This is a hands‑on opportunity for a BI professional who enjoys both the technical and business sides of analytics. You’ll design and develop intuitive Tableau dashboards, establish meaningful KPIs and reporting standards, and partner closely with leaders and stakeholders across the organization to turn business questions into trusted analytics solutions.
You’ll serve as a key connection between our Data Engineering team and the people who rely on data every day—helping ensure information is accurate, accessible, easy to understand, and presented in a way that drives better decisions. Location:
This position is based out of our Charlottesville Support Center Office, located in the Dairy Market. This role offers a hybrid schedule, balancing occasional on‑site work with remote flexibility. Candidates must be within driving distance of the office for on‑site days.
