- Senior to conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.

Responsibilities Include:
- Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
- Develop, coordinate, and disseminate intelligence information used for programming platform mission data systems in development, testing, training, operations, and sustainment. This intelligence data includes, but not limited to:
- Characteristics and Performance (C&P)
- Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming (EWIR)
- Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)
- Order-of-Battle (OB)
- Signatures
- Modeling and Simulation (M&S) threat capability information
- Provide technical expertise to support IMD databases and M&S as required by the Government.
- Develop, coordinate, and support staffing processes for the Life-Cycle Mission Data Plans (LMDPs) and IMD Dependency Determination Memorandums with acquisition program offices.
- Perform assessments of acquisition program offices' LMDPs to ensure that LMDPs adequately identify specific IMD requirements.
- Assist IMD-dependent acquisition programs in translating requirements into LMDP formats with sufficient details to allow Intelligence Production Centers (IPCs) to adequately assess their ability to meet the requirements.
- Ensure LMDP requirements documented in the appropriate IMD management and/or requirement system for each program of record (PoR) along with tracking these requirements throughout the acquisition program lifecycle.
- Conduct reviews, evaluations, and assessments of acquisition program documentation along with comprehensive reviews of threat intelligence information to identify IMD-dependent acquisition programs.
- Provide acquisition programs with technical expertise to enable identification of specific IMD program dependencies as necessary to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the IPCs such as MSIC, NASIC, NGA, NSIC, ONI, and 57th IS to determine if current IMD requirements can be met with the baseline production capacity of the IPC, if they exceed the capacity, and what resources would be required to meet the gap between the current/future IMD requirements and existing production capacity.
- Maintain a list of IMD-dependent acquisition programs and provide quarterly updates to the Government.
- Develop, coordinate, and produce the Validated Intelligence Mission Data Supportability Reports (VISRs) along with assisting with the oversight and management in support of DIA/Joint Staffs (J2) acquisition and operational requirements process (formerly Priorities and Risk Management Framework
-PRMF). - Perform reviews of Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) policies to include DoD Directives and Issuances related IMD governance for the DIE as required by the Government.
- Conduct and lead meetings, routine engagements, collaboration, and coordination with DoD IMD customers, and stakeholders including allied partners.
- Conduct detailed cross-acquisition program analysis of IMD requirements to support gap identification across multiple U.S. services including Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, and Space Force.
- Coordinate with the appropriate IPCs to establish a cost-baseline required to develop IMD products to meet the program's IMD requirements.
- Assist in the development of threat analysis and assessment products for IMD and intelligence supportability of new acquisition programs, as required by the Government.
- Include technical written products with applied analytic tradecraft along with oral briefings/presentations to customers.
- Assist with the facilitation of DoD/IC/allied partners bimonthly, quarterly, and annual/technical exchange meetings (virtual or in-person) related to IMD and Electronic Warfare (EW) as required by the Government.
