Current Virginia Life and Health Insurance License.

Demonstrated history of success in sales roles, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.

Clear and articulate communication abilities for presenting coverage options.

Proficiency in standard office software and database management systems.

Strong organizational skills for managing a pipeline of prospects and policyholders.
